We are currently hiring for our Senior Debt Consultant position. This position has a 15-day training and transitional period into the full Debt Consulting position with New Step Financial.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients to assess potential suitability for our debt relief programs.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with your clients
- Assist your clients through the process of debt resolution qualifications and options
- Must be comfortable selling and closing over the phone
- Follow a scripted process to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Consistently meet and exceed performance targets set by the company.
- Must be punctual and reliable
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Required: Minimum 3-5 + years of sales experience in the debt relief / debt resolution arena
- Hunter mentality for greater earning potential
- Proven experience working business pipelines with excellent follow-up and follow-through
- Have proven successful sales track record with debt related sales
- Energetic, positive, friendly and driven demeanor
- Must be numbers and metrics driven for desired earning potential.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Must possess the qualities of a disciplined, self-managing individual.
- Accurate documentation and typing skills
- Computer proficiency within the Microsoft Windows environment including basic knowledge of excel
- Able to navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications.
- Patient, compassionate and dedicated.
- Open & receptive to coaching.
